Every PSE investor's journey starts in the same place, picking a stockbroker, since individuals can't trade directly on the exchange and must go through a PSE Trading Participant, an SEC-licensed broker-dealer that holds a seat on the exchange and whose systems are the only ones actually allowed to send an order into the PSE's matching engine.
